Bob: This looks like a fake. First of all MAJIC is no longer being used. It is something else. Secondly, this isn't any memo I've ever seen. Thirdly, it appears to be a real fake, not a hoax but just a fake. Lastly, if I could smell it, I'm sure it would even smell like a fake.

This Severs looks like a good candidate (reference the above message) and has the right background. Others are now assisting me in researching Dan Burisch and one wrote to me saying he has a microbiologist interested in Dan's work. Authentication of this case is proceeding.
