Regolamento integrale


1.1 Ogni messaggio esprime esclusivamente il punto di vista del suo autore, non il punto di vista degli amministratori del forum.
L'utente verrà ritenuto il solo responsabile delle violazioni eventualmente compiute tramite del presente servizio.

1.2 Considerando la natura dinamica ed il continuo mutamento del forum è comunque impossibile verificare ogni messaggio e per questo richiediamo il contributo degli utenti in caso di infrazioni del presente regolamento.
Se ti senti offeso da altri utenti del servizio ti preghiamo di contattarci immediatamente tramite il forum di supporto oppure attraverso l'email abuse(at)forumfree.net chiedendoci la cancellazione dei messaggi incriminati.

1.3 L'utente concorda inoltre di non inviare messaggi abusivi, osceni, volgari, diffamatori, di odio, minatori o qualunque altro materiale che possa violare le leggi in vigore.

1.4 L'utente concorda che l'amministratore e i moderatori dei forum hanno il diritto di rimuovere, modificare, o chiudere ogni argomento ogni volta che lo ritengano necessario.

Comportamento


2.1 Non sono consentiti:
- insulti personali tra gli utenti
- offese alle istituzioni o alla religione di qualunque fede.

2.1.1 A prescindere dall'ampia facoltà e diritto di discutere di tali argomenti, devono essere evitati commenti in chiave sarcastica, sbeffeggiatoria, sacrilega e denigratoria a prescindere dalla parte.

2.2 Sono inoltre vietati: il razzismo ed ogni apologia dell'inferiorità o superiorità di una razza rispetto alle altre.
- atteggiamenti e/o posizioni di contestazione, presi a titolo gratuito, palesemente ostili nei confronti dei moderatori e degli amministratori del forum;
- atteggiamenti e/o posizioni di contestazione, presi a titolo gratuito, palesemente ostili nei confronti degli altri utenti del forum;
- incitamento al mancato rispetto delle presenti regole miranti alla esclusiva destabilizzazione della normale e pacifica partecipazione attiva al forum;

2.2.1 La deliberata inosservanza di quanto riportato sopra comporterà l'immediato ban dal forum, a discrezione dei moderatori e/o degli amministratori del forum.

2.3 E' vietato inviare email o messaggi non richiesti al solo fine di promuovere il forum.

2.4 E' vietato scrivere messaggi o discussioni al solo fine di aumentare il numero di messaggi del forum.
2.5 E' vietato usare circuiti di scambiovisite o altri trucchi per aumentare il numero di visite del forum.
2.5.1 Chi imbroglierà per aumentare le visite si vedrà bloccato il contatore delle visite.

2.6 Non sono inoltre permessi:
- argomenti ritenuti non idonei allo spirito del forum, cioè contrari al buon gusto ed al pudore, o comunque in grado di offendere la sensibilità di altri utenti.

2.7 Sarà esclusivo ed insindacabile compito dei moderatori stabilire quando questi limiti vengano oltrepassati ed intervenire di conseguenza (chiusura del thread e, nei casi più gravi, ban dell'utente)
- il pubblicare e/o richiedere codici seriali di software commerciali;
- il pubblicare e/o richiedere link a siti warez e contenenti materiale che violi le leggi sul copyright e sul diritto d'autore;
- il pubblicare e/o richiedere immagini, filmati e link ritenuti osceni e offensivi, anche sessualmente, della sensibilità dei singoli; questi verranno immediatamente rimossi.

2.8 Il contenuto dei messaggi deve soddisfare e non trasgredire qualsiasi legge applicabile nello Stato Italiano; inoltre non deve promuovere l'utilizzo di droghe, alcool, pornografia o qualsiasi altra forma di contenuto esclusivamente per adulti, profanità, odio, frode, razzismo, o qualsiasi attività illegale.

2.8.1 Le suddette regole valgono sia per messaggi contenuti all'interno del forum, sia per firme e avatar. Qualora moderatori e/o amministratori trovino che i contenuti di avatar e firme vadano contro una di queste norme, contatteranno privatamente l'utente richiedendo una modifica.

Contestazioni

3.1 L'operato dei moderatori è insindacabile e può essere giudicato solo dall'Amministratore del forum.

3.1.1 E' comunque permesso chiedere spiegazioni, non utilizzando però lo spazio pubblico del forum. Eventuali contestazioni vanno effettuate via e-mail oppure tramite i messaggi interni (pvt) e comunque in forma privata. Verrà immediatamente chiuso ogni thread avente come oggetto argomenti di contestazione in chiave polemica. Chi dovesse insistere in simile atteggiamento, verrà immediatamente allontanato dal forum secondo l'insindacabile giudizio dei moderatori.

3.1.2 Per quale motivo si chiede di esporre le proprie contestazioni in forma privata? In primo luogo per ordine pubblico: aprire topic dichiaratamente polemici di certo non aiuta a mantenere costruttivo il clima del forum. D'altro canto, nella comunicazione privata tra utente e moderatore-amministratore diviene più semplice poterne chiarire le posizioni divergenti e, se possibile, cercare punti d'incontro costruttivi.


Chiusura discussioni

4.1 Verrà chiusa o cancellata ogni discussione dove argomenti o toni non risultino idonei alla linea del forum (v. sopra). Se nel corso della discussione il topic dovesse degenerare (anche con un solo post) è data ampia facoltà di intervenire al moderatore come ritenga opportuno, anche con la chiusura del thread o, nei casi più gravi, con il ban immediato.

4.2 Per le violazioni meno gravi, ad insindacabile giudizio del moderatore, si potrà procedere alla modifica del messaggio incriminato.

4.3 E' espressamente vietato aprire nuove discussioni dove l'argomento sia la contestazione di chiusura di topic. Per eventuali contestazioni di questo tipo, vedere 'Contestazioni'.

Ban utenti

5.1 Qualora un utente venga bannato dal forum non può reiscriversi con altro nickname; su questo forum non vengono bannati i nickname ma le persone, per evidenti ragioni. Qualora un utente bannato si reiscriva al forum e venga scoperto dai moderatori o dagli amministratori, verrà nuovamente bannato.
5.2 Qualora questo utente continui a reiscriversi, con l'unico fine di contestare e ostacolare il regolare svolgimento del forum si procederà con la denuncia alle autorità competenti.

Note relative alla privacy

6.1 Si ricorda che qualsiasi informazione divulgata nei forum non protetti da password diventa informazione pubblica. Esercitate cautela quando decidete di divulgare le vostre informazioni personali.

6.2 I dati personali inviati, sono trattati nel pieno rispetto della legge 675/96. Scegliendo di registrarsi come utente si esprime il consenso alla raccolta e al trattamento dei dati limitatamente ai fini connessi alla gestione operativa e amministrativa del servizio e alla pubblicazione (esclusivamente all'interno del sito www.forumfree.net e/o www.forumcommunity.net) di tutti i dati volontariamente inseriti nel proprio 'Pannello di controllo'.

6.3 In qualsiasi momento può essere richiesto l'annullamento della propria registrazione (possibile anche tramite il pannello di controllo presente nella homepage).

6.4 Gli account inattivi per almeno 6 mesi (senza login per 6 mesi consecutivi) vengono cancellati automaticamente. In caso di mancata convalida l'account viene cancellato dopo 1 mese.

Accettazione regolamento

7.1 Procedendo con la registrazione al forum il regolamento viene dichiarato accettato in tutte le sue parti dall'utente che si registra. Il regolamento viene periodicamente aggiornato, così da meglio adattarne i contenuti all'evolversi del forum e, possibilmente, garantire il miglior utilizzo del forum agli utenti che lo utilizzano. Ogni modifica inserita al regolamento viene automaticamente accettata dagli utenti registrati, iscritti anche in periodo antecedente l'ultima modifica; s'invita gli utenti a verificare periodicamente la presenza di nuove norme all'interno del regolamento del forum.

Termini del servizio

8.1 Creando il suo forum l'utente ha il dovere di controllare (personalmente o tramite altri moderatori) i messaggi inseriti al suo interno dagli altri utenti. In caso di infrazioni del presente regolamento si dovranno rimuovere i messaggi incriminati il prima possibile.

8.2 Il forum e il sito web associato ad esso devono rispettare le seguenti regole:
- il contenuto deve soddisfare e non trasgredire qualsiasi legge applicabile nello Stato Italiano
- non deve promuovere l'utilizzo di droghe, alcool, pornografia o qualsiasi altra forma di contenuto esclusivamente per adulti, profanità, odio, frode, razzismo, o qualsiasi attività illegale.
Nel caso di gravi infrazioni delle suddette regole i trasgressori saranno denunciati.

8.3 E' vietato inviare email o messaggi non richiesti al solo fine di promuovere il forum.

8.4 E' vietato scrivere messaggi o discussioni al solo fine di aumentare il numero di messaggi del forum.

8.5 Il fornitore non dà alcuna garanzia per i servizi forniti e non è possibile richiedere nessun risarcimento per eventuali perdite di dati (ovviamente facciamo ogni sforzo per eseguire periodicamente copie di backup dei dati)

8.6 I forum inattivi per almeno 6 mesi (ultimo post risalente a più di 6 mesi fa) vengono cancellati automaticamente. I forum senza nessun post vengono cancellati dopo 1 mese.

8.7 Il servizio può essere terminato in qualsiasi momento dal fornitore o dall'utente. Il fornitore può a sua unica discrezione rimuovere qualsiasi messaggio per qualsiasi motivo. L'utente non può richiedere/pretendere in nessun momento il database del forum o altri file collegati (per motivi tecnici c'è un unico database per tutti i forum ed è impossibile estrarre i dati di un singolo forum).

8.8 Usando i servizi di forumfree.net/forumcommunity.net l'utente acconsente ai termini del servizio.

Il GRUPPO AURORA aggiunge che tutti sono liberi di esprimere il loro pensiero sempre nel pieno rispetto del regolamento.
NESSUNO dovrà fornire i propri dati personali all'amministrazione per postare.

Integral rule


1.1 every message exclusively expresses the point of view of its author not the point of view of the administrators of the forum.
The consumer will eventually be held the solo responsible of the finished violations through of the present service.

1.2 considering the dynamic nature and the continuous change of the forum is impossible to verify every message however and for this we ask for the contribution of the consumers in case of infringements of the present rule.

1.4 the consumer arranges that the administrator and the moderators of the forums have the right to remove, to modify, or to close every matter every time that holds him/it necessary.

Behavior


2.1 are not allowed:
- personal insults among the consumers
- offenses to the institutions or to the religion of whatever faith.

2.8.1 The aforesaid rules are worth both for contained messages inside the forum, and for signatures and avatar. If moderators e/o administrators find that the contents of avatar and signatures go against one of these norms, they will privately contact the consumer asking for a change.

Confrontations

Ban consumers

5.1 if a consumer comes bannato from the forum you/he/she is not able reiscriversi with other nickname; on this forum bannati the nicknames but the people don't come, for evident reasons. If a consumer bannato him reiscriva to the forum and is discovered from the moderators or from the administrators, bannato will come again.
5.2 if this consumer continues to reiscriversi, with the only goal to contest and to hinder the to regulate carrying out of the forum him will proceed with the report to the competent authorities.

Notes related to the privacy

6.1 you remembers that any information divulged in the non protected forums by password becomes public information. You practice caution when you decide to divulge your personal information.

6.2 the data personal envoys, are essays in the full respect of the law 675/96. Acceptance rule

The rule is periodically adjourned, so that better suiting its contents for to evolve himself/herself/themselves some forum and, possibly, to guarantee the good use of the forum to the consumers that use him/it. Terms of the service

8.5 the supplier doesn't give any guarantee for the furnished services and is not possible to ask for any reimbursement for possible losses of data (obviously we make every effort to periodically perform copies of backup of the data)

8.6 the inactive forums for at least 6 months (last post risalente to more than 6 months ago) you/they are automatically cancelled. The forums without any posts are cancelled after 1 month.

8.7 the service can be finished in any moment from the supplier or from the consumer. The supplier is able to his only discretion to remove any message for any motive. The consumer is not able richiedere/pretendere in any moment the database of the forum or other connected files (for technical motives there is an only database for all the forums and you/he/she is impossible to extract the data of a single forum).

8.8 using the services of forumfree.net/forumcommunity.net the consumer consents to the terms of the service.

The Group Aurora adds that all are free to always express their thought in the full respect of the rule.
Nobody will have to furnish his/her own personal data to the administration to post.

The present articles in the forum of the Group Aurora you/they can be reliable not, the person responsible of the site any responsibility is not taken on for their content, the responsibility of the texts and their content you/he/she is entirely of the respective authors. A seguito di decisione comune, visti alcuni fatti recenti piuttosto sgradevoli, abbiamo ripristinato il BAN per data di iscrizione ergo chi si dovesse iscrivere e volesse postare, può farne richiesta via MP agli amministratori.
